Bring your yoga mat, paintbrush, camera or all the above -- the view is amazing! With a wall of east -facing windows, watching the sunrise each morning while sipping coffee was a joy. The cottage is right on Long Cove with unobstructed views of Northern Island, High Island and the Spectacles.The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for our 4-night stay. It was a quick trip to the store for snacks and to the beaches (Crescent and Birch Point) to enjoy some early Spring sun. The cottage was perfect and already looking forward to a trip back. Hope to rent again in-season, so we can also grab a lobster roll at McLoons.

This place is wonderful. The management is attentive and great. This rental exceeded my expectations and i will book again next year. We saw seals and other wild life. The sunrise is beautiful here. The busy road road out front took away from the seaside escape this place has. But i will stay again if i get the chance.

Beautiful home with even more beautiful view. Everything we needed in the kitchen, full laundry, great outdoor seating area with view of the harbor and boats. Sunrises, birds, tides, shells and sea glass - it's all here.

Stunning Location

Our family had an excellent stay in this home and it was a wonderful value. We lucked out with warmer weather than we expected for early May and enjoyed having this house as our home base as we explored Camden, Rockport/Rockland, Freeport, Damariscotta, The Botanic Garden in Boothbay, and even Portland for a special occasion dinner. The home was centrally located and was serene and peaceful; it exceeded our expectations.

Great spot

Property as described. Convenient spot in Tenants Harbor. Right off main road but back yard with fantastic ocean views: steps to the water. Place was nicely decorated , clean, with fantastic water views. Was noisy in front bedroom due to street traffic but got used to it by second night. You will spend your time sitting out back enjoying the view!! Code entry was tricky but we finally figured it out. We were also told there would be coffee pods but there were not. Not a huge deal as I brought some but did receive incorrect info from Vacasa. Would have loved a couple beach towels there as well as a deck of cards, or a frisbee or corn hole for outdoor use. Checkout was easy . Would come back again to this rental. Great location and very cute home

Coastal Beauty!

Had an amazing stay at this charmer on the coast! Very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Spent many hours just watching the ducks and birds enjoying the treats that come and go as the tides change. Great jumping off point to enjoy the beautiful coast of Maine! The only drawback is that the road is incredibly close to the house and the traffic noise is impossible to drown out, especially when trying to sleep in the second bedroom. Not ideal, but we would definitely return!

Bright Clean Cottage on the Bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tenant’s Harbor. The house was clean, bright and roomy enough for two couples. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved hanging out in the living room as we watched boats going across the bay and the sunrises were gorgeous. We explored the general store, which had everything you might need, and friendly cashiers. We ate delicious meals at the Eastwind Inn, and explored Camden and Rockland from the cottage. The road noise did not bother us but it does happen as the cottage is right on a curve. We loved the location and views.

Great place!

Maine - 50th State to Visit

Unbelievable views, well appointed, comfortable sleeping and seating options. Easy to find and in a great area. Served as home base for our daily excursions around the state. Best coffee views! Road noise took a bit to get used to but views made it worth the stay.

A house with a view

We enjoyed our trip very much. First, the good. This house is big enough for our party and is kept very clean. The sofa and lounge chair are comfortable. All-around windows bring in cool breeze and stunning views. Kitchen is adequate for some light cooking. There are nice sitting areas outside facing the ocean and you can lean back and enjoy the view to your heart's content. If you are into stargazing, you will not be disappointed. The nightly sky reveals itself like sparkling beads worn against a black velvet dress. Second, the not so good. We visited during busy vacation season and that could be the reason why the service was a little lacking. We found only one roll of paper towel and no dishwasher detergent even though Vacasa (property manager) suggests us to start dishwashing upon leaving. Message about towel and detergent via Vrbo went unanswered. We just went out and bought the missing items ourselves. Also, the paper towel’s quality was so poor that it broke down on contacting anything wet. Small matter, but it does impact the experience overall. The table and chairs match kind of esthetically. But the chairs are too low for the table (even for adult male of average height) and it is hard to sit and have a meal or play board games comfortably.
