I stay at most Hilton properties when I travel or need lodging. This property was nice and friendly (especially, Alexis). However, I had no phone and no TV working, but the Staff accommodated me with 2 extra hours check out time at 1 PM (which was a thoughtful consideration and very much appreciated). Kudos to the Assistant House Manager, who extended my stay! I love my Hilton properties!
Not as pristine as one would think an upper scale hotel for this area should be.

We were given a handicap accessible room. Got our reservation mixed with another guest at check in. Room 213 is directly above the check in /front desk area and we could hear the loud music in The welcome area blasting all night long

Best front desk staff I've met during my travels, not sure of the ladies name, she was amazing and said she was the general manager. Fabulous conversation, great lady. The breakfast staff were a delight also.
The property was ok, expected more from a Hampton. There were holes all in the wall in walk way and in the room. Took the shower 10 min to get Luke warm. This place definitely needs a remodel.
