The hotel is pretty basic. Breakfast is ok, not many options. Overall is an hotel. In order to improve they need to provide training to their staff. All the interactions we had with them lack professionalism. First, to do our check in, the 2 girls at the front desk were talking between them and took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge our presence there, note that we were the only ones waiting. The hotel has potential to be a great hotel, when they have a team that is friendly and professional. Also, improve your breakfast options, perhaps have a real restaurant and stop using the lobby to serve breakfast to your clients.

Desde o momento que cheguei, gostei muito do atendimento. A equipe está de parabéns, fui muito bem tratada o tempo inteiro. O quarto estava ótimo também, a cama era confortável e tudo bem limpinho. Onde fiquei tinha uma vista muito bonita da janela. Só tenho elogios, com certeza irei voltar uma hora e levarei minha cachorrinha, pois eles são pet friendly!

Muito bom o hotel, era Ibis antigamente. Poderia melhorar o estacionamento e a área do café da manhã, que não atende todos os hóspedes confortavelmente. Passamos só uma noite, então foi tranquilo. Parabéns para o manobrista que faz milagre com a qtd de carro e o espaço de estacionamento. Chuveiro maravilhoso.

Hotel bom. Muito utilizado para pernoite pra quem passa pela cidade rumo à Bahia. Ponto forte uma pizzaria dentro do próprio hotel que funciona a noite. Ponto fraco café da manhã com poucas opções e demora nas reposições.
