Overall we had a good experience. Some of the things we liked: good breakfast, friendly staff, good location. In order for us to consider a great experience, the hotel needs to do some minor improvements such as: Offer in the rooms a hair dryer and an iron. That is the least for the price they charge. Although they offer laundry services, that is not convenient for most people, specially if you are in a hurry and just need to iron one shirt.

O hotel é novo, limpo, boa localização, bom atendimento e, na minha opinião, o melhor de Teófilo Otoni em que já me hospedei. Um ponto negativo é o restaurante para jantar: o9 atendimento é lento e qualquer pedido é muito demorado (tanto para fazer o pedido quanto para a confecção do prato)
