Lajitas is a great place to stay whilst visiting both Big Bend National & State parks. It is gorgeous property with options for eating including coffee, pizza, ice creamy & bakery items as well as bar food & fine dining. Staff are all very friendly & helpful. I was disappointed in the resorts’s lack of attention to the dark sky ethos of Big Bend with lots of bright lights shiny all night long…

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very considerate and kindly upgraded our room, making sure we were placed on the ground floor since my husband has a bad knee and couldn’t manage the stairs. Such a nice resort in the Big Bend area of West Texas! Very comfortable rooms, ask for a newly renovated one, and wonderful staff! The golf was incredible and the trail ride was great. I wish we had time for shooting and the spa! We loved it and hope to be back!
