We were later checking in due to rain while driving. Staff was awesome! The lady checking us in held our bikes in a back room. They also let us get happy hour beers/ food, even though it was right at 7pm cutoff. Breakfast staff was super, hard working and very pleasant. Great experience!

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay. After a LONG day of driving, we were greeted by a great staff, check-in was a breeze & we made it in time for the 5:30 kickback/manager's reception. The food was good as well as the free cocktails. Our room was clean & comfortable & in the morning we had a hearty breakfast with many things to choose from before hitting the road. We'll definitely stay here on our way back!

One of the workmen (not the staff) helped me bring in our luggage and find an accessible parking space. The parking lot was torn up, there were no clear entries or parking, no idea where to go to check in. What a nightmare! A little warning would have helped. Obviously the staff had no clue what kind of upheaval the situation caused and they were wholly unprepared. We probably won't be back.
