Super clean easy check in, room was comfy and great deal. My only complaint was the cleaners walking into my room as I was getting changed a minute after my boyfriend left the room to load the car up. They didn’t knock or anything and then just stood there talking to me as I was getting changed and I had to yell at him to leave. Other than that great service with the lady at the front desk

The bedding was stained but they did bring up new. The room door had clearly been kicked in. The door handles were shoddy. The only ice machine in the entire place was malfunctioning. The entire place is in disarray while they renovate. The pool was out of commission. Lobby was clean though.

I had two stays at the property in a week. The second visit was extremely disappointing; the first visit was mildly disappointing. The rooms lacked “sparkle” on both visits. In the room on my second visit, the room lacked anywhere to hang clothes - the closet was gone. The clock was broken. One of two lamps had no bulbs. I spoke with the manager after the first night. She said she would check out my complaints. Nothing changed. I’ve stayed at the property on several visits; I won’t be back.
