Villa Navacerada is ideally located 5 minute drive or up to 20 minue walk from the centre of the popular Moraira resort and it’s lovely sandy beach. A local gastro pub is also conveniently located just a stroll away. Perfect for a large party, this villa stretches over 2 floors with external staircase and has great outdoor areas for socialising. With endless games, you can enjoy family friendly competitions at this villa including table football, ping pong, pool table, mini goal posts for a kick about and a basketball hoop. With a removable pool fence to keep the young ones safe, you can relax at the pool while everyone enjoys themselves. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Navecerada is ideally located just a short drive to the village of Moraira with it's sandy main beach and many coves to explore. Here you will find a plethora of shops and restaurants along the sea front and in the area, varying from boutiques to bazaars seaside bars and cafes.Javea is also a short drive away and offers visitors 3 distinct areas to experience – the port, Old Town and beautiful Blue Flag Beach of the Arenal.
