Hillside & private! You will enjoy this location for the nature sounds and close proximity to slopes in winter and hiking trails in spring/summer/fall. This condo unit is 500 sq ft. with a full kitchen (equipped with all cookware, dishes, utensils for preparing full meals). Appliances include a condo size fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave plus kettle, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There is a 40" SMART TV w/cable above a cozy electric mounted fireplace for ambiance and a very private deck with seating. Take in the peaceful mountain view from the living area window! Many times, our guests share pics of their view showing the skiers on the hillside.

In this open concept studio, there is a Queen Bed plus Double Size Sofabed.

The bathroom has a sink, shower and bathtub with shower curtain. A hair dryer is provided.

SPRING/SUMMER/FALL: The resort offers 2 outdoor tennis courts for use by its guests only. Each court has Pickle Ball lines as well. The resort is monitored by security staff.

MAY - SEPTEMBER: The outdoor heated pool is open from May Civic weekend until Labour Day weekend. There is a full deck equipped with chairs, tables, lounge chairs and umbrellas.

ALL YEAR: The Gazebo covered Outdoor Hot Tub is a resort amenity shared by registered guests, and is open year round!

We include unlimited Wifi and parking for all registered guests. A limit of 2 vehicles per reservation.

Coin laundry is available in a separate building, at the front of the resort.

Guests also enjoy COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE to the main village.

The host was very pleasant to correspond with, quick to answer any questions and accommodated our need to cut our trip a day short. The condo was clean and well equipped. Could use some updating but was nice, clean and quiet It is not "brignt" however as noted in the description. Found it dark as it was tucked in the back, had a large shrub covering the main window and the patio was dark and dingy.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this cozy studio condo near Blue Mountain Village. Check-in was seamless with a simple door code, and the space was clean, well-decorated, and surprisingly roomy for two people.The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own breakfasts, and we appreciated the extra blankets and pillows provided. A real highlight was discovering the fantastic Indian restaurant right on site, which was perfect after a day of exploring. The location could not have been better: just a quick 2-minute drive to the Village, 10 minutes to downtown Collingwood, and close to the Scandinave Spa and other local spots.Our host, Teresa, was very responsive and friendly through the Vrbo app. While we didn’t need much beyond check-in details, it was clear she would have been quick to help if anything had come up. She also appreciated that we left the space tidy, which made the communication feel extra warm.Overall, this was a great stay for the price. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again.

August Weekend Wedding Stay

Great and affordable location. Away from the hustle of the town of Blue Mountain yet close to everything. The place was clean and we had all that we needed. The host was very responsive and polite. The only thing I would say is that we found the carpeted floor to be cold and damp so bring some slippers.

Solo getaway

I booked this unit for a solo 2 night getaway. It was exactly as listed and all the check in details and information about the rental was laid out making every step of the process flawless. The heat was a little tricky and blew cold air mostly but the fireplace kept me warm. The patio door could stand to be replaced and the TV is kinda small for the space but otherwise it was a perfect room. I felt secure and safe in the unit. I would highly recommend this unit and would not hesitate to book it again for myself. North Creek is a well kept location minutes from Blue Mountain Village. There is apparently a shuttle service but when I booked my shuttle the live map showed it arriving and then leaving, without me. The pick up was apparently by the roadside which isn’t super safe especially for a single lady so I ended up just driving to the village instead. That is my only complaint and it has nothing to do with the room or hosts.

Place was decently clean but could definitely use a facelift. Fitting 4 people in the unit would be a stretch. Bed was uncomfortable. Front door does not open easily (you have to play with the lock). Overall the stay was fine. Location was central. Room for improvement but satisfactory.

Could try harder

The studio apartment was what we expected since we had stayed in the North Creek Resort before and the photos are accurate. However, I think this particular unit is in need of an update. The carpet is smelly, heater/fireplace (the only source of heat?) is noisy during the night, knob for operating the jacuzzi bathtub is broken, the bathroom baseboard heater is not working, and paint is chipped and old. They don't provide information on how best to navigate the location, e.g. is there a shuttle to the village? Is the Thai restaurant on site temporarily or permanently closed? What and where are the good places to eat. The owner is good at stating the rules in a not very charming way and not good at helping guests.

the place was clean and nice and the owner was friendly the place is close to a beach and Blue Mountains Village We liked our daily walk to the beach and have Blue Mountains at the background the resort where the apartment is gets busy over the weekend but quiet on weekdays the apartment was small and dark for us taste we wish we had a better view

Overpriced stay

The property is listed for 4 people but it can’t accommodate more than 2. We were 3 in our group so one of us had to sleep on the pull up bed, that bed is not suitable for sleep, the springs are so over the surface that they dig into you, the next day I woke up with marks on my body from the springs. Our stay was supposed to be 3 nights but we decided to return after the second night, there was no point of keep torturing ourselves with those poor conditions, the sofa bed also makes a lot of noise every time that I moved around, that and the decrepit air conditioning made it impossible to sleep. If you are reading this, save yourself the trouble and look for something else.

This property has a great location, we had our bikes and rode to the village several times during our stay. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. The room was spacious enough for the two of us. I gave it a 3 for cleanliness because of the patio door and the carpet, both were filthy unfortunately

Great place

Cute and cozy. Bed was super comfy. Pool was clean and nice. They have a shuttle next door that you can catch to the village. Need to call ahead to reserve. We didnt know that until we got on the bus but there was room so the driver lets us on. He was super nice. Google maps indicate there is a Thai restaurant on site. It closed. But there is a restaurant and the food was excellent. Would stay here again.
