This is one of the best places we have stayed. The space was welcoming, decorated for the holidays, and wonderful for a small family gathering which we hosted. The kitchen was one of the best furnished we have ever used -- serving dishes, utensils, everything we needed. The host was wonderfully responsive. We had a fantastic stay.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway!We had an amazing stay at this newly remodeled two-bedroom cottage in Peoria, IL! The 2024 renovation truly shines, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The space had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway—from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy living area. The beds were comfortable, and the entire home felt fresh and inviting. We were so thankful to have a home to stay in while our grandson wrestled at the civic center.Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Peoria! We would absolutely return.

Welcoming from the beginning. The owner is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, the home is well appointed and comfortable. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and plenty of dining options in the area. We would not hesitate to book again and recommend this for anyone looking in the area.

A convenient gem!

The host clearly has an eye for detail. We were welcomed with outdoor decorations that reflect the nearby town's upcoming festival - Morton Pumpkin Festival - and indoor touches that included garden fresh flowers along with coffee and popcorn from nearby shops. The kitchen is very well appointed and everything is exceptionally clean and nicely labeled. Groveland is conveniently located to many local towns. We will definitely rent again and will look for other properties from the host!
