KRG uses the DACK App and even though I did what it asked, it didnât show my reservation for several days halfway or more through the stay. KRG sent an email and I replied but didnât get a response for 48 hours suggesting the app that wasnât working. This is why I rate the communication poorly. With better communication the thermostat broken/heat issue could have been handled differently.
Hot water heater main was off, so first night showers were with NO warm water. Once turned on everything was great. Everything in the way of amenities was provided and appreciated. Hurricane outside and complete quiet inside, wow!
I was pleasantly surprised at the spacious size of this home. It was nicely decorated and spotless. Plenty of seating for at least 10 adults. It was a nice 2 block walk to the Adult Pool. Short distance to the Square. Grocery store was close by as well. We had beautiful weather for spending time with our family. My folks live in The Villages so it was such a nice option to rent this home. Communication was excellent prior to arrival. I would rent this home and I would highly recommend it to others.
