LAKEFRONT RETREAT ON BULL SHOALS LAKE -- PRIVATE DOCK, ATV TRAILS & KAYAKS INCLUDED

Tucked 3-4 miles down a quiet country road in a gated lakeside community, this Bull Shoals retreat offers the perfect mix of privacy, comfort, and outdoor adventure. Sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms with direct lake access, a private dock, and plenty of room to spread out and unwind.

THE HOME

This duplex-style property has two connected sides, each with its own living spaces, making it ideal for larger families or two couples traveling together.

Side One includes a king bedroom with desk, a queen bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower combo, and a living room with TV.

Side Two includes a king bedroom, a room with two full beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a dining room.

DOCK AND WATER

The private dock sits right on Bull Shoals Lake and is included with your stay. Water equipment provided includes one adult kayak, two child kayaks (150 lb limit each), one stand-up paddleboard, and a swim platform with ladder for easy lake entry.

Please note: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regulations do not permit boat or jet ski mooring at private docks. A public boat launch is 3 miles away and Theodosia Marina offers slips and rentals nearby.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

Jones Point Wildlife Management Area is less than 2 miles away with 1,200 acres of trails and wildlife. Mark Twain National Forest is a short drive away with miles of ATV trails, hiking, and scenic overlooks. Hunting is available seasonally in the area.

GOOD TO KNOW

The road to the property has a well-maintained dirt and gravel section accessible to all standard vehicles -- no 4WD required.
No smoking indoors.
Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry points only. No interior cameras.
Swimming, kayaking, ATV riding, and all outdoor activities are at guests own risk. Children should be supervised near the water at all times.
The garage is not currently available for guest use.

PET POLICY

Pets are welcome! We allow up to 2 pets per stay for a flat pet fee. Traveling with more than 2 pets? Reach out before booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All pets must be kept off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. Please clean up after your pet on the property and dispose of waste properly. Pets should be supervised near the water and on the dock at all times. Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
