This villa is located in Théoule-sur-Mer, a nice area of the Estérel, where you will be able to enjoy its breathtaking sea-view.

This villa is composed of 4 floors :

1. Floor 1 (ground floor)
- private indoor parking spot
- laundry area (washing machine, dryer, iron)

2. Floor 2 (first floor)
- bedroom 1 (double bed, TV, sea-view, AC) and its private bathroom (Italian wall-in shower, toilets)
- bedroom 2 (double bed, TV, sea-view, AC) and its private bathroom (Italian wall-in shower, toilets)
- bedroom 3 (double bed, TV, sea-view, AC) and its bathroom opened to the room Italian wall-in shower made of natural rocks.
- bedroom 4 (two single bed, TV)

Bedroom 1, 2 and 4 shares a large common terrasse (looking over the sea for 1 and 2 only).
Bedroom 3 has its own private balcony with a sea view.

On this floor 2, you have some separate toilets accessible from the hall way.

3. Floor 3 (second floor)
This floor is accessible by some amazing stairs made of natural rocks and has :

- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, stove)
- dining room area where you can eat up to 8 people
- a tv lounge area with a comfy couch and a flat screen TV.

This entire floor has a remarkable sea-view and its wide opened to its large terrasse and its outside furniture for you to enjoy.

4. Floor 4 (rooftop)

This rooftop is an outside area only with its swimming pool looking over the sea and its large and spacious solarium for sunbathing.
(toilets are accessible on this level).

## Access

Guests will have access to the entire villa except from 3 cupboards used for personal belongings.

Upon check out, one of out team members will come over to check out the villa and collect the keys from you.

Sheltered in a small cove on the Estérel coast, Théoule is a peaceful, even heavenly seaside resort, which has everything to delight holidaymakers: turquoise waters lapping its sandy beaches shaded by palm trees, numerous inlets and calanques in the red rock of the Estérel, a charming little marina with its mini-lighthouse built from red stone, a few very beautiful and luxurious residences surrounded with gardens, a superb crenellated castle built from red stone, called the "château des Mineurs" in fact a former 18th century soap factory converted into a holiday centre)...

## Transit

This villa is located 33,9 km away from the airport Nice Côté d'azur.

By car, follow the A8 highway towards Mandelieu la Napoule and exit on "sortie 40-Théoule-sur-Mer".

## Notes

This villa has numerous stairs and is not accessible for wheel chairs.

Bed linens and shower towels are included in the reservation and a sample of soap and shampoo will be offered to each guest upon arrival.
