Happy to return

Great spot right on the seafront Breakfast OK but not an outstanding choice of options provided. If you happen to be a Tea drinker, expect pots of hot water and small coffee cups. Food in Restaurant is good but very expensive compared to those equally as good just a short walk away. Cycle hire/Car hire/Taxi through hotel is easily arranged and competative. Outdoor pool is very good, with friendly staff, changing facilities, showers and poolside bar all provided. Sadly no toilets near pool.

Good quality hotel in setting on seafront between city centre and Kalamaria. Reliably good service. It would be good if they did not charge extra for „posh coffees“ at breakfast, as other 5* hotels in Thessaloniki do not.

Holiday stay at Makedonia Hotel

A great holiday with my wife. The Hotel was amazing, beautiful and had an old style European luxury feel. Excellent staff, large rooms, really good breakfasts. Nice and central to explore Thessaloniki and the Olympus Mountains that are close by. Right next to the sea. I would definitely recommend and return for another holiday.
