We had our wonderful fluffy baby with us the room was 60$ 80 with tax plus a 15$ dog fee not bad if you use cash its gonna be your total plus 100$ deposit. We walked in the room all the towels were stained with what im not sure under the bed closest to the shower there was a wet spot on the floor with what looked like mold growing on top. The door closed okay locked fine there was a gap under the door that you could see under. Not worth the 105 $ we spent. If you get a room on either side and its on the back side there is a servere steep incline that you have to go up to get into the back if you have a long car like a nissan maxima i would try it unless you want your back in scraping the ground.
Need to provide towels. Need to keep door keycards active the entire stay. Need regular size pillowsâŠnot throw pillow size. Disappointed in room. Needs major TLC. But I guess it is what it is when itâs called âEcono Lodgeâ
Was there 2 days for Moultrie swap meet. Stayed before and beds were rocks, they had comfortable beds and nice pillows now. Fan on AC unit was loud and needed repair. Called front desk to move, and all other rooms were second floor, and limited mobility kept us in room. Found someone's fake fingernail next to night stand, and no service to room. For price and what we needed it works, no bugs. You get what you pay for, guy at check in was cool and a character. Breakfast was alright. I would stay again. We just needed a place to sleep.
The entrance sign for Econolodge sign says the office is on the side of building but was at the front office. Customer Service the lady at the front desk was helpful. She understood my travel itinerary and helped us check in earlier. I put rating a two star the Male manager, customer service skill was lacking. I felt uncomfortable listening how he spoke to prior customers in a blaming tone instead of helping to resolve their issue.
Room was clean upon entering but further investigation there was spots on the wall and the shower was not clean at all. There was one hand towel and no additional towels. I was not able to call the front desk because the phone was unplugged and the wire was broken so could not be plugged in. Over my experience was subpar.
The room was cleaned, but there was this awful smell in it and there were roaches on the walls and in the bathroom. We were not made aware of the time for breakfast. Breakfast ended half an hour before we got there.
Purchased two rooms. I had a receipt reflecting two rooms. The lady at the desk said I had no room. Blamed Expedia for not having my room. The second room was saved. We did not stay and drove 7hrs home instead.
