Fancy a peaceful getaway, surrounded by nature? This house for 10 people in Thonac is the perfect place to recharge. It's a large period townhouse spread over 2 floors with a very large bucolic garden, a terrace, a courtyard, a swimming pool, a billiard table and a ping-pong table.

With its exposed wooden beams and period furniture, you will discover a property with character, the true charm of the countryside. A true haven of peace to share good times with family or friends.



On the ground floor, you will find the separate kitchen equipped with: gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils you may need. You will be able to gather around the large dining table to enjoy a convivial moment whilst savouring delicious meals prepared by yourselves. The lounge will invite you to relax on its large comfortable sofa and will allow you to watch a film or follow a sporting event. This latter room opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.



On the first floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms (140x190) (including one with an en-suite bathroom) an independent toilet and an independent bathroom.

On the second floor, a large dormitory with 3 single beds (80x190) and 1 small double bed (120x190), a shower room and toilet attached.



Outside there is also a large outbuilding, used as a laundry room and billiards room, and a gravelled courtyard, enclosed for playing table tennis and bowls.



This large house, fully restored in 2022, is tastefully decorated with furniture typical of Périgord subtly mixed with contemporary décor.

The swimming pool is chlorinated and unheated. The basin measures 7 x 3.5m with a depth of 2m. It is available from 1 May to 27 September and is equipped with a submerged alarm.



For the security of the property, an alarm with camera is present in the living room facing the entrance door, but it is deactivated during rentals to preserve the privacy of tenants.
