Casa Fina is a fabulous fully air conditioned, in all bedrooms and lounge, detached villa situated in a superb quiet location within Puerto del Carmen, with distant sea and mountain views within residential Timanfaya, a quiet area of detached villas yet close to all the amenities of the main resort - a 5 minute walk to the centre of the main beach.

Casa Fina is equipped and maintained to a very high standard. We stay at Casa Fina for 3 months of the year and expect to find the villa in excellent condition, and we do, as will you. The main bathroom has been completely refurbished in 2023, to a high and modern standard, everyone has been pleased with the result. Our guest book boasts fantastic comments about the villa and its location, with many guests returning year after year. The sea front and main Puerto del Carmen beach together with the shops, bars and restaurants on the Avenida Las Playas are a 5 minute walk away to the centre of the beach (properties in Los Mojones are typically a 30 minute walk uphill back from the start of the beach). A 15 minute walk takes you into the Old Town and harbour with its many shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary and a taxi from the airport costs approx 18 Euro. Situated in a very peaceful area yet only 5 minutes walk to the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment.

We cannot emphasise enough that the location of Casa Fina is superb and mentioned by all our guests.
Casa Fina's bedrooms are on the ground floor - a design feature to provide cool bedrooms. There are 3 good sized well equipped and air conditioned double bedrooms, with a large amount of wardrobe space and storage.
The heated pool, which is larger than in most villa's, has Roman steps for easy access and is heated to 29C. The pool has just been fitted with the latest non-chlorine filtration system - so safe for your children, you and your skin. The terrace surrounding the pool is Astro Turf creating an attractive non-slip surface which does not get too hot to walk on. There are plenty of sunbathing areas around the pool and for shade, a newly installed extendable cantilever canopy offering 50UV protection, along with umbrellas. There is a newly built hot/cold poolside shower designed to give privacy for use before and after your swim. There is a brick built BBQ on the terrace with table and chairs.

Superb!

A beautiful villa with everything you could need. Located in a quiet residential area far enough away from the busy beach front but close enough for a short stroll. Plenty of nearby supermarkets of all sizes. Ideal for if you want to hire a car, plenty of parking on the street outside. The villa and pool are in pristine condition and the pool is looked after regularly by Chris and Karen who I can't praise enough for their help and friendliness. We will definitely be back for longer than a week next time!

Ideal location. Only a five minute stroll downhill to bars and restaurants. Far enough away from aforementioned bars and restaurants to be quiet on an evening. Two of us stayed, but this property is definitely big enough for six adults. Pool was lovely, although we did ask for it to be heated at an extra charge. Property is very well equipped. Added bonus was the essentials left for us including milk, bread, cheese etc. Meant we didn't need to leave the villa on the first night (we didn't arrive until late). We were met by Karen, the property manager, who is amazing. So helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this villa enough. I've a feeling we will be back!

A cheeky winter break

We arrived at the villa late evening where the key was left for us in the key safe, Karen had given us instructions to open it and get settled in and she'll visit in the morning as we were meeting friends that evening. The villa was like new fresh bright and very welcoming, the pool area was a good size and catches the sun all day. All the rooms have air-conditioning which we used whilst we were there it does run on a meter of 1&2 euro coins as described in the literature. All said an excellent stay at a top quality villa.

Perfect family holiday!

I would have no hesitation in booking this villa for another holiday, spotlessly clean, modern, beautiful pool and literally had everything we needed to make our holiday run smoothly. As an added bonus it is in a quiet area and the bed was super comfortable so myself and my husband slept really well! Karen got in contact before we arrived with all the details we needed to check in then came to meet us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her and her husband were very friendly and helpful and made it clear if we had any issues during our stay just to get in touch. It’s a short walk into town where there are loads of great restaurants, shops and a few supermarkets. We hired a car so went to the Lidl which is less than a 5 minute drive from the Villa but the HiperDino in town is also great if you don’t. We stayed for two weeks but would have been happy to stay longer, just very relaxing and the pool kept our 11 year old happy all day long! Thanks!

A great Villa with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. The location was good with only a short walk to the front where the majority of the bars & restaurants are situated. Excellent villa

The villa is very well equipped and it was great to find a welcome pack of essentials. The pool was clean and pleasantly warm. We found some excellent restaurants within 20 minutes walk - the Asia Delicious was particularly good. The Lidl 20 minutes away was well stocked. Karen and Chris were excellent (even spending time showing us how to use the tv although in the end we didn’t need it). Highly recommended!

Beautiful Villa with lovely pool

The property is absolutely lovely - clean rooms, plenty of towels for showering and for pool, fantastic balcony to watch sunrise and sunset. Cannot fault it. Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach and beachfront bars and restaurants.

Home from Home

Great communication between enquiring, which lead us to booking this property. Everything was made very clear for or arrival and we were all delighted on entering this great property. Greeted by Chris and Karen the morning after arriving and they were at the end of the phone if needed. The property itself has everything you need and the pool was amazing. The location was great too, less than ten minutes walk to wonderful restaurants and bars. As or flight home was in the evening, we managed to have a late check out, which was ideal. There is only one thing that would benefit this property and that is a dish washer, especially with a bigger group. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Villa

We all enjoyed our week at the Villa. The location is fantastic - 10mins walk from beach, restaurants & bars. The villa was perfect very clean with comfortable beds and a great swimming pool. Plenty of space for 6 sun beds with an awning and parasols for shade. The outside terrace was great for breakfast and lunch. Thanks Karen for the welcome pack. Overall a great experience - we will return again.

Amazing stay at Casa Fina

We stayed here for 2 weeks. It wasn’t enough! Great location to beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The area was quiet and felt really safe to walk around at night. The house and pool were amazing. The house has everything you could need. Karen and Chris were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The communication with the owners in booking was great too. Couldn’t recommend this house enough. We will definitely be back to stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful house.

Fantastic Villa

Casa Fina is a beautiful villa with a large pool and plenty of outdoor seating in a great location. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay such as towels, utencils, etc. The pool was regularly cleaned during our stay while the balcony overlooking the pool/ terrace area was particularly nice. Set in a quiet area but only 5mins walk to the main sea front and strip, 20 minute walk to old town. There is a nice pizza resturant 2mins walk away for eating in along with some nearby grocery stores while there is a lovely tapas bar just before you reach the main strip where you'll also find a great selection of places to eat and drink, so everything you need is close by. Kathy was great to communicate with before our trip while Karen and Chris were very friendly, helpful and easy to deal throughout our stay. Highly recommend Casa Fina to anyone looking for a quiet villa very close to the centre of Puerta Del Carmen.

Beautiful villa

Casa Fina is such a beautiful villa, inside and out, so clean, in a perfect location, 5 minutes walk to strip, very peaceful area. The villa is well equipped, the owner and villa managers are very welcoming nice and helpful, we can’t wait to come back. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, I loved how the beds were so comfortable too. I could go on and on saying lots of lovely comments here. You won’t be disappointed if you book this villa. The neighbours that stay next door are lovely too. 😊

Excellent pool and perfect location

Thanks Kathy. Had a fantastic month in this villa. Friendly welcome from Chris and Karen who were so helpful with local information. Pool area was perfect and pool cleaned regularly. Location was perfect away from the busy strip. 10 minute walk to the pubs , restaurants and shops. 20 minute walk to old town harbour. Was cooler for first few weeks in the evenings and could perhaps have done with some form of heating. As coffee lovers would have liked a coffee machine. Overall excellent holiday in an excellent well looked after Villa.

Great villa

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fina. Pool is a fantastic size and the outdoor terrace for eating is lovely. Communication with owner and property managers was really easy and any questions we had were immediately answered. We would stay here again definitely.
