We stayed at this beautiful villa for one week. Excellent location and villa perfect. Very large pool and lovely outside area. Large comfortable bed and everything you could need for your stay. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Peaceful Christmas break

Just up the hill from the start of the main strip this was peaceful but in the perfect location. Everything you need is supplied at this accommodation. The outside space and swimming pool are spacious and very private. We definitely will return.

We enjoyed our stay. Villa vey welcoming and homely touches both inside and in the garden. Great TV package. Smalll lounge area but okay as spend most of your time out in the lovely pool area and garden Nice quiet location. Owners very responsive.

Superb villa

The villa has been refurbished to a very high standard and has everything you want for an enjoyable holiday. The patio area has also been refurbished and is a good size. You can enjoy the sunshine from dawn to dusk on this patio and there's also a shade area if you require it. The pool is salt water, so no harsh chemicals. The villa is not overlooked and feels quite private. The villa is situated just a 350 metre walk to the bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beaches.

Perfect

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa, the first time was amazing and this time was even better! The improvements the owners have made to the inside of the villa and the new pool are truly stunning. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable as is the seating areas. The outside of the villa is quite simply “WOW”! The new pool is spectacular, every time I got in there it reminded me of being at a spa! The location of the villa is perfect, a short stroll to the beach and main strip with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. Thank you to “The Brill Girls” for yet another amazing holiday! x

Newly refurbished to high standard

We were the first guests after the refurbishment. Looks excellent, new en-suite a great addition means that both bedrooms now have own high quality bathroom. Kitchen updated with modern units and appliances with large dining table. Great location close to restaurants, shops and the beach and very private. Private Pool is a very good size much more than just a plunge pool and great to swim up and down. Patio has plenty of space for sun beds and has been retiled to a high standard and has a covered area to dine outside. Modern Smart TV’s in lounge and master bedroom with facility to get all U.K., European and International Channels. Wifi is excellent high speed connection. New custom created artwork outside looks great and with more artwork to go inside makes this a very personalised Villa with unique touches that make it a more special place to be. The owners clearly look after this as a treasured getaway for themselves to enjoy and clearly love Lanzarote as we do. Look forward to going back another time.

Jan - Feb 22 , extended stau

Communication with our hosts was excellent. We were looking for a rental for the months of Jan and Feb . The hosts kindly did a little juggling with their personal travel plans to accommodate our dates. Villa was spotlessly clean and clearly a much loved family home. Its location was ideal for us, a quite residential area, just 300mtrs from the supermarkets and restaurants. of 'The Strip' . The villa garden and large pool area was just perfect and in fact better than the photos. Dan , the maintenance man was fantastic, friendly and professional. On arrival we had a problem with the oven blowing the fuses. He arrived within 1 hour and the whole oven was replaced with a new unit later that day. Just a small comment on the dining table in the living room, which is very compact. We were both working from home and perhaps a larger dining table or area in which to set up 2 laptops comfortably. We had the most wonderful stay in this much loved villa and feel very fortunate to have found it and made it our home for 7 weeks !

Beautiful villa

Great villa in a great location. The pool is one of the best we have ever had in a villa. It’s a little tired but we noticed new tiles have been delivered in readiness for its revamp to suit the villa. Petra (the manager) was on hand to solve a minor problem asap. Very friendly and quick to respond. We met her on our first day when she showed us around. The villa is well appointed and the air conditioning is brilliant. All the rooms are modern and everything is good quality. Comfortable beds and bedding. Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Particularly nice settee (we’ve had some shockers over the years). A couple of minor points - no mirrors in the bedrooms and no ironing board. Petra did offer to bring an ironing board to us but we didn’t need her to go to any trouble for us) There is plenty of room to accommodate these two things. But they were minor and did not detract from our enjoyment. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and hope to return. Thank you.

LOVELY HOME FROM HOME

On arriving at this lovely villa we were greeted by the lovely Petra who made the booking in process so smooth. She was always at the end of the phone if needed, we did at one point and she was with us within10 minutes. Then there's Steve who came to clean the pool, such a lovely man and always took time to chat and was also with us within 10 minutes because the pool was cold, we had a Lanzarote power cut!! The solar panels to heat the pool needed switched on. The villa itself is in an ideal location, approx 10 minute walk to the seafront, Spar is right on the corner too for convenience. Lovely restaurants and bars within 10 min walk. We couldn't have wished for a better villa to stay in for our two week holiday. Lovely decor inside and loads of space outside for alfresco dining, washing machine outside in laundry room, cushioned sunbeds and most importantly, the tiles around the pool didn't burn your feet in the Lanzarote sunshine, they were cool enough to walk on. For anyone wanting to work remotely, the internet connect was excellent and the dining table worked perfectly for us, although there is a small desk in the master bedroom for working and had all the necessary stationery needed. I can't rate the villa highly enough, it was perfect for us. The hosts, the Brill family are lovely to deal with, answering any questions by email, even phone, so promptly. A lovely relaxing (although semi working) holiday was had by us in this lovely villa and we can't wait to return.

Absolutely perfect - best villa we’ve stayed in!

Welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely and very welcome surprise - thank you so much! Superb location, everything from the supermarket, beaches, bars, cafes and restaurants all just a short stroll away (5 minutes). The villa itself was pristine, plenty of cooking utensils, crockery glasses etc / very well laid out. Comfy sofa and tv with English channels. The beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Super, super large pool and fantastically comfy loungers. Ample outside space, very private and quiet. Communication with the owners was fantastic, from booking the villa to sadly having to leave. Thank you “The 3 Brill women” your property is THE BEST we have stayed in xx

Lovely 2 bedroom, quiet villa

We had a lovely stay in this villa, the area was quiet and within walking distance to the sea. It was about 3-4 mins walk to the start of the bars and restaurants. There were some little personnel touches, such as the bubbly on arrival, throws in the front room for those cooler evenings. The pool was lovely, sun beds were very comfortable and the outside seating area for food was lovely and undercover for those hotter days. There was air con in both bedrooms which we didn’t use as we found it quite cold in the evenings in March, but it was good to have I’m sure in the summer months but for the winter months there was the facility to use as heater when required. All in all, it was a lovely Villa which I would happily stay in again.

Das Haus war einfach Perfekt! Sehr sauber und ordentlich bei der Ankunft, der Check-In war problemlos, die Lage des Hauses ist Super! Die Hauseigentümerin/Verwaltung waren bei rückfragen immer zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.
