Welcome to **Tinasoria Apartments**, a comfortable and peaceful base for longer stays in Puerto del Carmen.
Our refurbished studios are designed for **up to 2 guests** and are particularly suitable for people spending several weeks or months in Lanzarote — whether working remotely, coming to the island for a project, escaping the northern European winter or simply enjoying a longer holiday.
The apartments are located on the **upper floor and lateral side of the complex**, away from the main pool area. This provides considerably more privacy and a quieter atmosphere while still giving guests full access to the communal swimming pool.

The complex is very calm and well maintained and is monitored **24/7**.
The location combines tranquillity with easy access to Puerto del Carmen. The coast, Old Town Varadero, Playa Grande, shops, restaurants and everyday services are all within easy reach. A SPAR supermarket is located nearby and there are several cafés, bars and restaurants in the area.
There is also a **Snack-Café within the complex**, where our guests receive special treatment and breakfast pricing.
Parking is normally available in front of the complex, and private parking spaces may also be used when they are free.
For longer stays, **mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be arranged at an additional cost**.
