Ideally located 3 minutes from the beach, the paseo, restaurants and shops, beautiful 48m2 apartment with large 15m terrace overlooking the pool and sunbathing, perfect for a couple and a child. Located in a small complex of 10 apartments, with lovely swimming pool. Very quiet location. Comfortable apartment, with 1 bedroom and a sofa bed, television, international channels, DVD and WI-FI, bathroom, hairdryer, fitted kitchen, with microwave, oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, washing machine . Secure residence, with 2 entrances, one with stairs and the other flat on the road, free parking nearby, linen provided, cleaning included. Quiet area close to downtown Puerto del Carmen with easy parking.
