The beautifully situated holiday house is on a lovely site just 50 metres from the lake on the Ransberg holiday estate near Tibro. The house is on the corner of the estate by the lake. To the left of the house there is a natural meadow and behind the house there is a little garden, followed by the lake. To the right in front of the house there is a quiet neighbour and right in front of the house there is the access way, which is a cul-de-sac. This situation makes the house especially quiet.

You can relax and enjoy the fabulous view of the lake from the terrace. You can play and grill in the little garden. To the left of the front door there is a roofed veranda with garden furniture, facing east. It is ideal for having breakfast in the morning sun. To the left of the veranda there is a storage room for games, a grill, bicycles etc. To the left of the house there is a little guest house, which also has a veranda with a view of the lake. The guest house has two single beds (90 x 200cm), a bedside table and wardrobes for clothing. Also a TV is provided in the guesthouse.
The almost ground-level house of 70m², accessed up a step to the veranda and with a step into the house, as well as a little step in the entrance hallway, is suitable for six people. Two further people can sleep in the guest house right next door. You enter the house into a little entrance hallway. To the right there is a bathroom with a washbasin, WC and shower. Everything is clean and well-maintained. After the little hallway there is a step into the living and dining room and there is a freestanding kitchen unit on the left. You go straight ahead to a little sitting corner for four people, with a direct view of the lake. To the right there are two children’s rooms, each with a bunk bed 890 x 200cm), a cupboard and a table. To the left of the kitchen unit there is the living room with a wood burning stove, a big corner sofa, a coffee table, cupboards and satellite TV. A big window opens up a lovely view of the lake with beautiful sunsets towards the west. Behind the living room there is the parents’ bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), two narrow wardrobes and a terrace door opening onto the terrace facing the lake. The left part of the terrace is glazed, as shelter from the wind. The rest is open and spans the whole width of the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom window has a fly screen. Three radiant heaters provide the necessary warmth on cooler evenings.
It is a short walk of about 200 metres to boat jetty no. 5, where there is a little boat of around 4.5 metres in length with a 5PS motor available for use. The sandy and grassy beach is suitable for children. The lake is also child-friendly, as it is flatly shelved into the water. The nearest supermarket and restaurant and other shops are in Tibro, about 5km away. Other places of interest are Karlsborg at Lake Vättern, Lake Hornborga (a paradise for cranes), Töreboda at the Göta Canal, Mariestad at Lake Vänern, and many lovely hiking and cycling trails. You can go boating and fishing on Lake Örlen.
Many outdoor and indoor games are provided. There are two adult bicycles and two mountain bikes available for use, as well as a boat and life jackets (optional), a grill, garden furniture and two fishing rods. An Internet access can be booked (charged).
