Situated on the second floor, the apartment offers 45 m² of comfort filled with natural light. The open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area is modern and welcoming, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed and direct access to the real gem of the property: a private balcony with a breathtaking lake view—ideal for slow breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or moments of pure relaxation.



The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with wardrobe and a bright bathroom with shower.

The nearest beach can be reached in about ten minutes, either by car or with the shuttle bus included in the Tignale Card.
