This home is on the top of a beautiful cliff overlooking the ocean. So beautiful. It is part of a small community of homes. The security was very good.The guards walk the grounds 24 hours a day. The home is exactly as listed.4 beds 4 1/2 baths .beautiful yard which we used for our family easter egg hunt. The kitchen is beautiful and very well appointed with everything that you need for cooking and entertainment. I had my children and grandchildren visit me and we had easter dinner with no need to bring anything but the food with us.The cleaning utilities are all provided so you can keep everything nice while you are staying. I spent many hours on the balcony sitting with my family looking at the ocean and we saw dolphins a few times pelicans flying over.This home is between Rosarito and Tijuana. There is no delivery services for food but Playas de Tijuana is only a couple of miles away if you need to go shopping. Rosarito is a 15 minute drive for restaurants and nightlife.We used the pool 1 time it was clean the bathrooms were out of service they were doing construction on them.there is no lifeguard on duty.The seating is lounge furniture and chairs.the pool area has a glass fence and a grass area so children can run and play and it overlooks a cliff down to the beach. There's 2 ways to get to the beach a dirt path which is a climb and a stairway that is about 4 stories in length. The beach is private only for the people living and staying in the colony.
