This is my 2nd time staying at the Hotel Ceasar's. Both times have been pleasant stays. The staff is kind and welcoming, the rooms are extremely clean, and the hotel offers parking, which is a great advantage. Great stay.

The hotel itself was clean and staff was friendly. I made a reservation for a single king bed and when we arrived they didn’t have the room we reserved available. I had to pay more for a king suite

Made a last minute reservation thinking I was going to have a nice rest before heading out TJ. it was a bad idea to have chosen this hotel. Receptionist had a bad attitude since we got there. First room had bedbugs that bit my arm, then got switched to a second room that smelled so much like cigarettes smoke. Hotel looks nice in pictures and reviews made me book the night. Look elsewhere, This hotel doesn’t deserve one star!

We stayed here for 1 night, and overall experience was great. I was traveling with my adult daughter and husband. We arrived early and since room was ready they let us have it! The security was super kind and even carried our bags. Down side there are no elevators, stairs aren't bad but I could see this being an issue for some. Great location and overall pretty hotel. Would stay here again!

The prices are good for the quality of the property . Everything was extremely clean . However the staff was borderline.The cleaning lady was extremely nice however everyone else in the front was very bland . No “how are to you doing today “ just plain faces no smiles getting you in. Other than that it was fair prices for a good room . Room had cable TV , good speeds for WiFi, and Water pressure with Hot water . Lots of hotels in Mexico have issues with water temp or pressure this was great here. If you want to book for the Caesar’s restaurant at the bottom as I did you will be extremely disappointed as I was . In Fairness I did not taste the food or salad for the reason that food competition vs the menu they had was not close . Their menu is short with not much available and extremely over priced . The lobby snacks have ok prices however mostly only drinks. Overall it was okay .
