The staff was very courteous and warm. Room was nice and clean. One concern we had was it was chilly in there even with the heat on to us. Not cold but still a tad chill in the air. I also like that there was a kind of bath bench to use in the accessible room. However it was the same height as the tub and it's still kinda low for some . I had my own bath seat which worked out. I still loved the fact that it was available to use.

Clean room, front desk person upgraded our room (nice) and pool water was on the cool side. Breakfast ran out of eggs 15 minutes before the end and was told no more were available. However, overall a positive experience a d will stay again when in area.
