South Swell on the Inlet
South Swell is a 3 bedroom custom built home overlooking Jensen`s Bay in Tofino, surrounded by old growth rainforest. The exceptional wood detailing, skylights and vaulted ceilings give the space a true west coast feel. The private hot tub, outdoor hot water shower and gas fireplace provide ample options to warm up after a beach walk or surf.
The home has three bedrooms all equipped with queen sized beds. One bedroom is located on the ground level of the home and has an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs along with the second bathroom, living room and kitchen.
The entire home is for guest use, there are no shared spaces.
The owners of the house live next door, the houses are connected but have separate entrances and do not share any amenities.
It is Tofino district bylaw to have a long term resident living on the property.
April and Jamie of Evergreen Co. Tofino are managers of the property and will be your contacts during your stay.
We will not likely see you but are close by in the event something comes up or you need assistance.
Down town Tofino is 5km away and accessed by road or a well maintained multi-use path. The path connects Tofino and the neighbouring town of Ucluelet and provides ready access to beaches and the Pacific Rim National Park.
Just a very friendly reminder this property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and loud music, events and parties are strictly prohibited.
Fire pit use (when fire bans are not in effect) are permitted until 10pm. Tofino Bylaw no noise hours are 10pm to 8am and we ask that you keep noise down during this period.
