This place was amazingggggg, the staff was so friendly and it was always clean. It was very very convenient because the station was literally across the street to the ginza line which takes you just about everywhere. It was the perfect place.
The room and bathroom were a little small and can feel tight but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a train station right outside the hotel so the location is great! The staff were all kind
I thought the room was very spacious and clean! The staff was so friendly and helped with my bags. There are several convenience/grocery stores and restaurants close by, and the train station is also right around the corner. I will stay here again!
Hotel was easy to find and near the train station. Cafe, convenience store, and book store near hotel as well. Staff was very helpful and explained things clearly.
The hotel is just outside of subway exit 11. It is a very modern hotel that offers an enjoyable stay surrounded by the busy night life of Akasaka. Just down the street are amazing restaurants and shops.
Hotel is in a good location and very close to metro station. However the room is very small and the bathroom is much too small. I had a corner room, perhaps other rooms are better.
Hidden gem in Akasaka. In front of Tokyo Metro Station. Lots of izakaya around the property. And a few combini around the area. The place is clean with lots of amenities & convenience.
Great location, close to metro. Pretty basic room, but it serves the purpose. Staff was very supportive and friendly. Rooms were clean. Lots of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walking. Highly recommended.
The staff was fine and the room is spacious, but it is the worst bed and pillow Iâve ever seen in a hotel. The pillow practically disintegrated once any weight was on it. Spacious but I wouldnât recommend if you want a good sleep.
Ideal location for us to explore Tokyo - located right opposite the entrance to a metro line. The rooms are pretty small as mentioned in the other reviews - but weâre 6â3â and 5â8â and we were comfy! Friendly staff and well kept rooms, ideal for a couple of nights âșïž
I stayed at this property for 11 nights while on a business trip, and recommend for a solo traveler. The hotel is conveniently located to public transportation and the area around is easily walkable and safe. For a standard size Japanese hotel, I was able to lay my suitcase open on the floor, which I haven't been able to do in some hotels in Japan. The AC worked great, which is important in the hot Japanese summer.
The shower has nice hot water, and the bathroom has standard amenities. The hotel has a good cleaning staff to maintain a nice clean room and lobby area.
The room fit exactly what I needed for a short stay. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness, especially of the bathroom. The staff spoke little English, which is to be expected. I was able to easily access JR to get around town. I would stay here again for the price and ease of check in and out.
The location is right next to the entrance to the Ginza line. Super clean. Friendly staff. Comfy, but if u are taller than ~5â6â u might have a hard time in the bathroom, is tight n small. Otherwise I highly recommend it, is super quiet.
