Hotel is in a good location and very close to metro station. However the room is very small and the bathroom is much too small. I had a corner room, perhaps other rooms are better.
I stayed at this property for 11 nights while on a business trip, and recommend for a solo traveler. The hotel is conveniently located to public transportation and the area around is easily walkable and safe. For a standard size Japanese hotel, I was able to lay my suitcase open on the floor, which I haven't been able to do in some hotels in Japan. The AC worked great, which is important in the hot Japanese summer.
The shower has nice hot water, and the bathroom has standard amenities. The hotel has a good cleaning staff to maintain a nice clean room and lobby area.
Hotel was easy to find and near the train station. Cafe, convenience store, and book store near hotel as well. Staff was very helpful and explained things clearly.
I got a corner room which was awkward in shape so a little misleading as the corridor from door to bed shouldn’t be considered in dimension. Awkwardly small and was cold as bed was directly under window which wasn’t insulating drop cold. Staff were friendly & spoke good English. I would stay here more than 2 nights.
The location is right next to the entrance to the Ginza line. Super clean. Friendly staff. Comfy, but if u are taller than ~5’6” u might have a hard time in the bathroom, is tight n small. Otherwise I highly recommend it, is super quiet.
Hidden gem in Akasaka. In front of Tokyo Metro Station. Lots of izakaya around the property. And a few combini around the area. The place is clean with lots of amenities & convenience.
Great location, close to metro. Pretty basic room, but it serves the purpose. Staff was very supportive and friendly. Rooms were clean. Lots of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walking. Highly recommended.
The subway station is right across the street, which is delightful. However, the bathtub and the shower curtains have extremely unpleasant odors. It smells as if the shower curtains are unclean or their mold hasn't been removed. The room is tiny which is fine by Tokyo standards, but the smell is truly something I wouldn't expect from a Japanese hotels. Stayed at numerous Japanese hotel and never had any experience encountering smelly bathtub/bathroom. Hope the manager pays attention to this for future customers.

Liked: Cleanliness
This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It is in a convenient, safe location although the service continues to be a let down, as it's basically non-existent. They have now introduced check in/out machines, which minimizes even more service. Additionally, I asked the 2 male front-desk staff what station to catch the bullet train to Kyoto from and they had no idea. After 30 mins of them trying to use Google translate and looking on the internet, I told them not to worry, I would find out myself.
The hotel is just outside of subway exit 11. It is a very modern hotel that offers an enjoyable stay surrounded by the busy night life of Akasaka. Just down the street are amazing restaurants and shops.
The room fit exactly what I needed for a short stay. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness, especially of the bathroom. The staff spoke little English, which is to be expected. I was able to easily access JR to get around town. I would stay here again for the price and ease of check in and out.

Disliked: Staff & service
Satisfactory place with close public transport.
This was an amazing find with no frills, affordable price in Tokyo with close access to the metro lines.
There is self service check in, self service check out, so no staff at all. Only door staff, who help you if you need anything, otherwise you are in your own.
The rooms had all the basics you expect in a Japanese hotel.
The place is close to many features of the city, depending on your own needs. The downside is that you have to take breakfast from other shops, and constantly ask for new tea bags if you drink a lot of tea when at the hotel, as they don't provide enough.
Really nothing major to complain about.
It's a fairly standard business hotel type room, but most of all I found the metro station across the street to be very convenient. The location and metro was probably the best part of the hotel for me.
The room has the smell like it might have been a smoking room before. It would be nice to be able to crack the windows but they seem to be shut despite looking like they will be openable.
Room comes with a large tray of amenities which can be useful when in need.
Overall I felt satisfied here and would consider staying again if I was looking for an affordable small business hotel place to stay.
The air conditioner leaked water all over my computer and luggage. If my $6,000 laptop doesn’t work anymore, surely no one will do anything to help me. What a joke.
