I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Shinjuku; the staff here was very friendly and welcoming. Across from the hotel is a laundromat, which is very convenient, with vending machines outside. In addition, the area is very peaceful, with some local shops and restaurants very close by, including the train station. I highly recommend staying here if you ever want to walk around the city, which is about 12 minutes from the hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied here and I hope to return here when I visit Japan again.

We enjoyed staying in the hotel. It's in a quiet area but also walkable to everywhere we needed. The bed is comfortable. Our kids enjoyed tatami as extra bed. The only cons was there's no shuttle bus service and quiet a distance to walk with luggage from train station. Uber/Taxi is recommended.

Hotel triple room is with 2 twins and one double bed. I booked for 4 persons in one room. Room is very clean and spacious! Bed is standard size and comfortable. Has a dining take with chairs. No musky smell which other complaints about. Great location with train station nearby. Great eatery place. There’s a great yakiniku restaurant nearby which we went twice. Overall, great hotel and it is highly recommended!

This property had a lot of dining options but it was a one room arrangement. No kitchen sink or cooking facilities. I had booked for what I thought were beds but 2 of them were mattress on the floor. It was neat and today and had restaurants nearby

The staff were rude as soon as we got to the reception, no greeting at all just a demand for “passports”. We were then led away from the hotel to another run down apartment with a dodgy lift at the back of a seafood restaurant with fish fumes. The room was awful. No vanity in bathroom, horrible smell, no curtains so room was light all night, horrible beds and air con, dirty and holes in ceiling. We stayed one night out of the 4 nights booked and quickly booked another hotel. Perhaps my fault for not realising this was a 2 star hotel, not sure why Expedia recommend this??

I would NEVER stay here again!!!! This is a scam! The photos look nothing like the reality. Also there was a window in our room that wouldn't close which brought light in making it hard to sleep. In addition, the room is not modern which was promised and our hairdryer was sparking. It almost caught my hair on fire! In addition the room was very dirty. Also the beds were just mattresses. They were not real beds! And the futons are tiny 3 inch mattresses. I was very disappointed and won't ever be coming back. So if you stay and hate it...just know that you have been warned...
