Don't know why the entrance hall (ground floor) was so hot with such humidity... Just only there... There were lovely people with trustable cleaners though, I accidentally left my valuables after check out but came back safe and sound. Much appreceated

The hotel restaurant staff were not friendly or kind. I was rushed through breakfast service. I was told by the front desk staff that breakfast service was till 10:00 am and they were rushing everyone dining to be done by 9:30 am.

Amazing service and location! The staff were helpful and spoke English if needed. There is a private onsen for the guests. The only thing is the entrance is unsuspecting and easy to miss in the dark being that it's just a black door!
