Great location and a gem of a hotel! Helpful staff, everything was clean and they were great about holding our luggage after check-out. The only drawback is that the washroom was very tiny, even compared to other Japanese hotels. But even that was a minor thing and did not take away from a wonderful experience

Stayed in an interconnecting room booked on Expedia. Perfect for families. 4 beds, 2 bathrooms. Good location. Easy flat walk to metro and Asakusa. Very quiet. Stored our luggage on arrival and departure day. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

A good 10-15min walk from station. On the quiet side of town. Amenities needs to be picked up by yourself on the first floor... unfortunately. Place is clean. Overall good, not great.Location is clos to attractions

We loved our stay at Ann hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room and lobby were very clean, it was quiet at night, and it was very walkable to attractions and public transport. There were great amenities in the lobby and room as well. Also, the beds were not as hard as some people said. Harder than typical American plushy beds, sure, but not super hard. There were only two “downsides” I would say. If you’re used to regular American-size hotel rooms, be prepared for a very small room. Also, the WiFi was ok at best, often cutting out. But since we spend most of our time in the city, it wasn’t too big of a deal.

Station 5mins away on foot. Cool bazaar nearby, and all the shrines just another 5mins further. Nice and chilled location. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. Clean and modern rooms, although slightly on the small side.

A lovely hotel 10 minutes walk from the metro, sensoji temple and a lot of other attractions. Perfectly located within asakusa and so quiet. The hotel had a small boutique feel which was nice. The only one minor thing was the bed was on wheels so would constantly move around.

Great stay and very clean. Staff spoke English well and communicated easily. Inquired about luggage storage and taxi services and both were available. Showers were hot and comfortable. Toilet is tight squeeze but for the price and location it is what it is. Clean towels everyday. Great location and close to Tokyo Metro, and near since shipping options and three supermarkets.

The staff is accommodating, the place is quiet, and the rooms are clean and appropriately sized for two people. There are many restaurants and tourist spots near the hotel. I will recommend Hotel Ann Asakusa!

A cute little hotel with more amenities than I expected. Self serve coffee and items in the lobby, decor was cool. Bath was deep and the water hot. The staff was very friendly as well. Glad they had a big drop that is clutch in Tokyo.

It was very comfortable and the rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Aside from the fact that they should probably replace the carpeting due to stains everything else was great

Property is clean and good but the beds are absolutely terrible. They have wheels on the beds so they move very easily and the bed is rock hard. They only provide one pillow that is as flat as a paper. I did not sleep well at all. The nice thing is they provide pajamas and toiletries but if you value your sleep or comfort do not stay here.
