Good customer service, clean, WiFi is fast and included in the room price, centrally located so it is very easy to get to anything and anywhere in Tokyo. The room was a bit tight for our family of three but air conditioning worked well, good water pressure and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store and 2 convenience stores (7-11 and Family Mart) on the same block, 7-11 has an ATM and there is a currency exchange machine in the hotel lobby.

This was an amazing hotel! I loved the fact that it had the 3 laundry machines that wash and dry your clothes for only 500 yen. Also, the bath house was cool and helped my body especially after walking 20,000 plus steps a day. This hotel is a 10 minute walk from Kanda Station which is on the JR Yamanote Line. Also, the hotel staff was friendly and helped answer all of my questions. Solid 10/10!

This hotel is located just a short walk from the Nishiki Market, with lots of food options and shopping. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. There is a traditional bath. Breakfast was a choice between the traditional Japanese (which was delicious) and a Western option (request in advance...but do the Japanese) Lovely stay.

Nihonbashi oasis

The hotel is located in the business area of Nihonbashi but there are a number of (corporate) museums within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the Ozu paper museum (and gift shop). For everyday Japan go to Kanda which is nearby too. We really like the 'public bath' which does not have therapeutic waters but is calming and clean. The rooms were small but clean. As for the breakfast, I recommend the Japanese over the western option. We did have an issue with a missing room key which the hotel said they would charge us $20 for! We protested and the issue was resolved but it was stressful because we were rushing to our early morning international flight.

We were only starting 2 nights at this hotel, and we left one camera battery dual charger on counter top. Next night we found out it was gone! Very unfortunate for us! Luckily it isn't the most expensive item and it's the end of our trip, otherwise it will cause us more trouble. We truly hope the hotel can make a note of it. If this kind of incident is recurring, it will only hurt the hotel's reputation and business.
