This one could be your first stop in Tokyo or the last because it's 1 stop to Haneda Airport. The staff members are very professional and friendly, as you would expect from a high-tier hotel. The room is very clean and organized up to standard. You get to pick the view for the airport or the harbor. Breakfast should be considered for convenience, and the quality of the food fits a four-star hotel. Overall, I'd say this is a very high-quality hotel for people who are entering or ending their trip.

Awesome location for a layover and early morning flight the following day. Restaurant was nice but would be good if things stayed open a little later than 8pm in the area Monorail to the airport was easy. Shuttle bus limited to 12 people and gets busy so we didn’t bother getting up extra early for that.

The room was severely cramped, with barely enough floor space to open my suitcase. Bathroom had no space for toiletries, aside from the ones they provided. Access to the hotel was also inconvenient. Breakfast offered very limited western options. Otherwise, it was a clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay.

Room was clean/modern. Staff were helpful. I had an early fight next morning so booked a room here,price was reasonable and they offer a free shuttle bus back to the terminal(4:20 AM) before the monorail operates enabling an on time check in.
