Second time staying at this hotel, still very impressed by the cleanliness and amenities it offers. This will be my go-to stay for the future as well. The only downside I can think of is the lack of convenient store nearby at night for snacks. There are 2 vending machines on the 6th floor for snacks and drinks.

Clean hotel, very professional staff in all departments, rooftop access to see a lot of Tokyo and the airport, breakfast was really good with a lotta options, overall just comfortable.

Wasn’t too convenient compared to our hotel inside the terminal. It was cute and I love the airport theme but there was no shuttle to or from the hotel. Had to take the metro even though it’s so close to the airport.

Beautiful quiet rooms, lovely helpful staff. It came with great amenities which was handy as I barely had to unpack anything prior to our flight the next morning. Really easy to get the monorail to the airport (I don’t recommend the other line - we couldn’t get on at all as it was packed at 6:30am).

If you think the hotel has shuttle pick up, you are wrong. That’s what I thought at first after reading some if some of the review. However, if you know your way and know how to tak mono rail in Japan. This is perfect for you. It’s one stop away from T3. And you don’t have to wait for shuttle either on arrival or departure. Room is clean, and staff is helpful at self check in

Property and staff were absolutely amazing. Loved the breakfast options, gorgeous views. I’ve stayed in many rooms in Tokyo over the years and I have to say I’m most impress with this one. Only downside is that to get to a more central location will take a bit longer. Great if you’re flying out with Haneda soon! Highly recommend

We were there for less than 12 hours. Just to prepare for the next morning's flight. It was close to Haneda and has a free shuttle.
From my room, close to Haneda. but there were no noise issues.
