We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Tokyo. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Both the day and night staffs were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made our trip extra special. We have enjoyed our stay here. All the staff is warm and very helpful. The room we stayed in was cozy and had all amenities that we needed. The views from their roof top floor were amazing especially at night time. There was the laundry shop next door too.

This was a very nice quiet place to stay at location was easy to walk to the Sky Tree annd Sensoji Temple. We loved 7/11 being across the street. The staff was warm, welcoming and super helpful for directions and helping us set up luggage service. We highly recommend this place as we had a hard time finding comfortable places for a family of 5.

Everything was exceptional but most especially the staff. They were accommodating and professional. The only cons I can think of is there is not enough storage in the room. Maybe they can make use of the space below the sink and under the beds as a storage cabinet/drawers but other than that we had a great stay.

Amazing hotel in brilliant location. The room was huge by Japan standards and extremely comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and the rooftop terrace (with views of the Skytree tower) was really nice. Easy walk to stations, Mega Don Quixote store and Skytree. Our family loved this hotel and we will definitely be back!!
