Un hotel muy bonito, con varios restaurantes muy buenos, el buffet en las mañanas es bastante completo y bueno, el personal muy amable, nosotros llegamos antes del horario normal de check in, y nos ayudaron a acelerar la disponibilidad de un cuarto. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y convenientes para familias, nosotros nos hospedamos en un cuarto con división, dejando una sección especial para los niños, muy buena experiencia. En cuanto a la ubicación, esta muy cerca de los parques de Disney y solo es necesario tomar el monoriel para llegar (5 mins), el trayecto al monoriel es de 5 mins caminando. Excelente opción para hospedarse e ir a los parques de Disney.

Perfect for your time at Disney Tokyo!

Hilton Tokyo is a perfect place to stay if you are going to Disney. It is extremely close and easy to access the train that connects the parks and hotels. It is literally across the street. The food options at the hotel area great. They have nicer restaurants as well as Lawson convenience stores all inside the hotel. If you want to keep costs down then the Lawson is incredible for quick bites and snacks but you can find anything you need. We did the buffet one night and it was delicious. I write this as we are about to take the "Limousine Bus" to the airport for an affordable price and we you catch it directly at the hotel. Wonderful experience here!

Hilton on Disneyland Tokyo site, so not unexpected to have constant Disney tunes playing everywhere even if not everyone’s preference. Reasonably priced shuttle to airport was good, making up for fact that pools are an extra cost to use and have to be booked in advance. Good breakfast selection and nice dining area given it is a large hotel. Shuttle bus from Bayside Disney Flyer monorail station but actually quicker to walk as just across the road.

We couldn’t enjoy our breakfast buffet — which, by the way, costs over $50 per person. We felt pressured to finish quickly and pay our bill because they suddenly told us at 10:10 that they close at 10:15 am. I understand that if you arrive at the buffet late, you need to hurry to get your food before closing, but this should not apply when you are already seated and eating. This was unacceptable, and when I complained to the counter staff, they ignored me. Also, if you don’t make a reservation to use the outdoor pool, you cannot enjoy it — and it costs 6000-10000 yen per person to use. I would have appreciated it if the front desk staff had provided more information about this at check-in. On the other hand, the Dynasty Restaurant was excellent with great service and delicious coconut pudding!

We had the family suite, it was dated in terms of decoration and configuration. Sufficient for sleep, shower and then going to Disney. The shower was in the same room as the toilet, so if one person was in the shower it made it difficult to go to the bathroom. It was convenient for going to Disneysea and Disneyland on monorail.

Staff were lovely, nice breakfast, everything was nice and very convenient for the Disney parks. 24 hr convenience store at the hotel. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because you have to pay (quite a lot) to use the pool. I haven’t experienced this anywhere before. Nice pool area but huge fee to use it for a few hours was very disappointing
