Room was clean and bathroom nice. Needed to purchase water as there was no water in room. Although booking says that airport shuttle is available, it wasn't. They said it was not available at that time I requested, both in the night and the middle of the day. Breakfast was pricy if not included with room.

Check in was good, after silly self-check in machine didnt work! Why bother! Room was cosy, warm & quiet but very small. Had to open my bags in the hallway! Had a great sleep! Nice small hotel near the airport. But the shuttle from and to the airport only runs in the evening. There is no shuttle in the morning, you have to take a taxi or train. This is not clear from their website.

Decent sized rooms, with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Tokyo, and a TV that has The Netflix app. Convenient location near the airport for those quick 1 night layovers. Kobini and good local restaurants all within walking distance. Helpful staff and easy check in process. Free shuttle to HND from 0400-1110. Would definitely recommend to stay again.
