Service was outstanding a lady at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty if I ever go back to Tokyo I will stay at the Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. The hotel is located in a good area just walking distance to many sites visitors can go to when visiting Tokyo.

The staff were absolutely wonderful; they were able to help us out with whatever issues we had. They held onto baggage for us, broke up notes for us and were able to accommodate our odd hours for room service and housekeeping. I could not have asked for a better hotel. The place was superbly clean and comfy too.
