家族がなくなりキャンセルをしなければいけなくなり、たてまえだけでも上に相談してくれればいいものの、その場で返金できないといわれただけでした。日本人の悪いところ形式にこだわりすぎで、　”おもいやり”や”おもてなし”に欠ける。 スタッフすべてがそうゆう人たちではなく、ふつうの’おもてなし’はもちろんありました。 ですが、個人的、そして家族の事情ではありますが、災いがあるときに支えてもらえなかったことにすごく残念とかんじました。

The room was ok. The wall room may need be spruced up. The showering area for myself was a good fit. For anyone over 6’ and large size could have issues. AC was perfect. The staff was very professional & polite. ありがとう

Very nice and helpful staff. Restaurants and train stations nearby. Super nice, clean and quiet area. We stayed for over two weeks. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Tokyo.

You get more than what you pay for. A small temporary home for a small amount of money. The area it is located makes this hotel a 5 star. Footsteps away from Kameido Clock a beautiful mall, Three minutes away from the train station. I'm a 6ft man and slightly struggled with restroom space but its not impossible. If its your first time visiting Japan I recommend this hotel as you will soon find out all of the major tourist areas can get overwhelming.

We loved our stay here. The staff were super helpful and very nice. The area is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping, was very close to the train and felt safe and clean.

One of the better budget-friendly options if you're ok with being outside of Shinjuku/Shibuya (still a very manageable train commute). Neighborhood was arguably much more convenient than any stay in Shinjuku or Shibuya, the biggest being the new construction Kameido Clock mall, having everything you'd need to round off the start/end of ur trip, plus access to affordable food/drink options at the supermarket. Staff was just as professional and helpful as any other larger name hotel, another plus. Cons?: Facility is definitely dated, and it shows. Not as many amenities or niceties as APA, but you get what you pay for. For those looking for easy foot access to the major shopping areas or nightlife areas, Shinjuku and Shibuya are 30-45 away by train (Akihabara being only 4 stops away is a plus tho!)

We had booked for 10 days, and when we arrived, the lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful — she even helped us store our luggage before check-in. However, due to an unfortunate situation in our family, we had to check out after just two days. Sadly, the staff at that time showed no compassion or understanding and didn’t even try to contact their superior. It was disappointing, especially after such a nice first impression.

The room was small - but most are in Japan - it was clean and it served it's purpose for our trip. It's not super close to the touristy places BUT it's less than a 10min walk to the train so it's super convenient in that way!

Great value for money stay. Aside from the noisy fridge in our room, which we unplugged, was a quiet stay. Room had air con and breakfast was interesting and affordable. Staff were polite, room and bathroom were clean with soaps and toothbrushes. Bit away from the touristy bit of tokyo, so good for us, but maybe not for you (the reader of my review).
