It was a great stay in the Gina shopping district. The room was clean and had a soaking tub. The unit had a refrigerator. They were numerous small local restaurants. Easy walk to the JR and Metro. Enjoyable vacation.

Hotel conditions are fair. Staff services are excellent. Location is very convenient. Family Mart is just around the corner. Many eateries nearby. We stayed for 8 nights in a double bed room and a twin beds room. Room size is reasonable. They clean the room daily. They don’t have coin laundry in the hotel but there are two public coin laundry nearby so is not a problem if you have a longer stay. Would come back to this hotel on future visits.

I’ve stayed at the hotel on a previous trip. I picked it before because of its location and breakfast. So it was a no brainer to come back on this trip. The hotel is walkable to Tokyo station (15 mins), the subway for the airport (5 mins) and the Disney line (10 mins). It is also a few minutes walk from the Ginza shopping area if that’s what you like. There are plenty of subway lines nearby so it’s easy to travel to different parts of Tokyo or beyond. It is situated in a quiet street with a great pizza restaurant almost opposite, perfect for when you are too tired to go further. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent value, with a similar selection to far more expensive breakfasts at other hotels we stayed at. The room was small but I expected that, the bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and the window opened which was great. I have stayed in larger, more expensive places previously but this will always be my first choice when I come back to Tokyo as it ticks all the boxes for me. Finally, we stayed twice at this hotel with eight days travelling in between. The hotel stored four large cases and other bags during this period which was excellent service from them. I can not rate them highly enough. Thank you for your hospitality and I will come back!

The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. Location is convenient. The breakfast was good except in the 2nd half of our stay the sausage and bacon’s taste was different and not good. Not sure what changed, maybe the supplier or the batch.

Great option for an affordable option in an expensive neighbourhood. A bit dated and typically small rooms (thought I wouldn't expect anything different) but extremely good location, 10 minutes walk to Tokyo station in the heart of Ginza. Very comfortable. Very impressive buffet breakfast with both western and Japanese options. Would stay here again.

Internet much better now. Used to need to be near the door to use wifi, but now able to at desk. Japanese staff very professional as usual. Still the same mold around tub’s overflow and bidet area, but if you can’t overlook those, great value for location and service.
