Our room was very large and comfy, the service was excellent, and the snacks and drinks in the lounge are a great addition. The location is perfect - a few minutes walk (almost all of it in an underground mall) to the Tokyo station, and a short walk to a few metro stations.

The underground shops are a 3 minute walk away, and the train station is 10 minutes by foot. Siper clean place with the bonus daily appy and drinks hours from the afternoon unthe evening.

Very nice decent place for family with children to stay. Close to Tokyo station enough to walk with luggage. Breakfast not suitable for vegetarian and vegan. Decent sleeping beds, nice rain shower, washing machine in the room, toilet modern and amenities includes towel, soap, conditioner and shampoo, toothbrush and paste and hair band. Includes heating and cooling, seating sofa and room floaters provided. Coridore was broad and decent. No noice from other rooms. No lift noice.
