Unbeatable location for traveling via JR. It's like 3 minutes from Tokyo Station with two convenient stores 2 blocks away. Good hotel for staying in heart of tokyo but room is very small although built with high quality materials. Elevator access is very limited (only 2)and frequently used by people who travel to 4th and 9th floors for smoking. Next time I would prefer to stay further away for more space and lower prices although this hotel is top notch for the area.

Our trip in May was the 1st time in Tokyo. Hotel options were overwhelming so we kind of found your property because it was close to Tokyo station. We figured there would be a lot to do in that area but was also concern about noise level. We stayed for 12 nights and was very happy with the property, the staff friendliness, their help with some restaurant information / translation, the properly was not noisy at all, very quiet, our room for 3 people was large and very clean. We were very happy with everything at this place and will definitely recommend or return when we have a chance to come back to Tokyo. Please thank all your staff for their hard work to make our stay so pleasant!

The hotel was very clean and two adjoining rooms worked well for our family of 5, with 3 teenagers. It had many amenities including a full set of pajamas for each person, free coffee 24/7, free coffee drinks, water and snacks during the afternoon and evenings. There is also a laundry room with 4 combo washer/dryers that stay busy all the time and the cycle takes 2 hours. It's a coin op. Make sure you have 100 yen coins. The clothes are damp after a cycle and you would have to add more time to dry. That is knock on the washer/dryer combo, nothing to do with the hotel. You can't beat the location. It is very close to Tokyo Station and many other metro/subway stations, in the middle of a mostly financial district with many suits going to work in the morning. It's close to restaurants and convenience stores. It is not nearly as touristy as Shinjuku. We even found a Din Tai Fung to go to too. Breakfast is only 500 yen and comes with pastries, fruits and this creamy scrambled eggs that I was not too crazy about. We had hotel breakfast for two of the 4 mornings we were there. Would highly recommend for the convenience and value. All in all, very happy with the location, value and the service of this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel near Tokyo Station!

Got a fantastic room here at the last minute and they were super friendly and accommodating. The room was larger than I needed, but was very reasonably priced. Everything was perfectly clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

We got adjoining rooms for 5 adults. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for all our luggage. The area was safe, quiet, and convenient for transportation to all of our Tokyo day trips. There were also a lot of food and shopping options nearby. We loved the lobby refreshments after a long day and the complimentary umbrellas when it rained. They also held our luggage for us on our last day so we could get some last minute sightseeing in. Great place, highly recommend!
