Staff was extremely friendly. Great location to Tokyo Train Station ( 10 min walk). Hotel room with single bed was small for two guests. I recommend getting a 2 bed room. The room is bigger. The breakfast buffet ($12 per day per person) was very good.

European trqvellers and the size of the rooms in Japan sill takes some getting used to. Staff were very helpful. GREAT facility for keeping luggage after check out.

Nice location - tiny rooms

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It's Tokyo. Space is very limited. The rooms at this hotel are tiny. We stored our bags at Narita airport. It would have been impossible to fit luggage into the room. Check-in and check-out are done at kiosks in the small hotel lobby. Pretty impersonable. Doesn't feel very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and the location itself near Ginza is very convenient. We paid CA$270 for one night. It is what it is. Wouldn't stay there again considering the overall value.

Great location right near Tokyo station. We can in late evening from Natita and it was easy to take the train (Narita Express) to Tokyo station and then a short walk to the hotel. The breakfast was really nice with great variety.

Liked everything except the body lotion and tea were not provided in the room. It was too cold and try in Tokyo. You definitely require body lotion.
