This hotel is more like a repurposed apartment building. The overall feel is dated in the rooms. Photos online show bright rooms which make them look very modern and inviting. We were assigned room four zeeo one when we arrived and immediately upon entering there was a very noticable, musty smell to the room. The floors were carpet, which was very worn and dated, likely the cause of the smell. I tried to get past it but the smell was really overpowering. I started looking online to see if other rooms were available at this location to move to (because I had seen photos of rooms with hardwood floors), and to my surprise, the nightly rate was now quite a bit less than my booking which was made a month in advance. We asked the front desk if there was a room we could move to without carpet and they moved us to room six zero one. The difference was night and day, it had hardwood floors and no smell at all, although still, a dated feel overall. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful. There was a kitchen area with sink, full fridge, microwave and a hot plate which we never used. All clean. Value for money wasn't great for the dated room considering we stayed in very spacious, modern hotels in Tokyo and surrounding areas for much less money. If you do choose this hotel, avoid room four zero one if possible.

The hotel located very NEAR to nishi nippori station Its like 5 minutes walk to the station. Plenty of restaurants around, room clean, kitchen, washing machine, room very big can open wide 2 big luggage! Elevators service! Very happy with my stay!

房間很大很舒服，床舖軟硬適中，唯一小缺點房間真的太冷，晚上睡覺都會因為喉嚨乾燥清醒，建議可以增加加濕器，這樣冷暖機開啟時房間才不會過於乾燥

離西日暮里站很近，走到日暮里站也不遠，附近有超商與超市很方便，廚房內有廚具、微波爐、洗衣機、冰箱也蠻大的，小陽台還可以曬衣服，整體來說還不錯👍，唯一缺點就是開暖氣的時候聲音太吵。
