Our family of 5 had a great time in the grand Japanese style room. There was plenty of room for us. The washer/dryer combo was a plus, and they even provide the detergent! Location was great and the train stations are not too far away. Daimon station has several lines including the Tokyo monorail that takes you straight to Haneda airport. There is also a grocery store nearby on top of many other convenience stores. We would stay here again if we came to Tokyo.

I was pleasantly surprised and I would absolutely stay at this property again. We stayed at this brand in two different locations in the city of Tokyo. Love the slippers love the bedding. Kitchen set up was near perfect. Laundry was fantastic.

There’s a small (3cm) step right before the front entrance that is hidden but the shadows. Easily can trip or slip off it’s raining. Otherwise, the staff were polite. The cleaning crew did a great job and the area was perfect. Close to grocery store, konbinis, within walking distance of several stations.

Room service is on every 3rd day of your stay. We stayed there for 5 nights so we got 1 room service, and they did an amazing job. Our location was about an additional 2 mins walk to a nearest station than average but we know that coming in. Our family of 4 fitted cozy in that apartment, it was a nice experience.

We were supposed to stay at a different property but the property told us on the day of our arrival that we were double booked. Monday Apart Premium Hamamatsucho had a room available so we booked it just a few hours before checkin time. So we really ended up here by an unplanned chance. The property is wonderful, as are the people that work there. Lots of nearby conveniences and attractions, and we found the Minato area to be less busy than other parts of Tokyo. We were a quick train ride to busier areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Would definitely stay here again.

You will get exercise with this location!

The bed is not comfortable. I like a firm mattresses but this mattress was like sleeping on the floor. Only two small smelly pillows are provided, along with flimsy disposable slippers and nightshirts that had a sweat odor. We had to cover the pillows with towels and I had to wash the nightshirts before using them. We ended up moving the kitchen table nearby the window because the pointy corners were hazardous to go around. The two twin beds were also moved because although they were against each other, they were both pushed against the wall and you would have to crawl on your knees across the length of the bed to go to sleep. The checkout time of 10:00 is a horrible early time that hardly any hotel has. If you wanted to stay an hour longer, the up charge was quite expensive. This location is quite far from all subway stations. If you use the washer, you must wash, rinse and spin together. If you add the drying feature, it will not work properly because it basically only spins for a few minutes and the dryer will attempt to dry sopping wet clothes to no avail. So wash, rinse and spin. When done, separately set the dryer for a long cycle. We liked the no key feature. However, you must safeguard the tiny paper with the instruction codes because you will need this precious piece of paper to check out. The noise from the constant trains can only be heard if you open the balcony door.
