The staff are very welcoming and friendly! They also speak English if that's a worry for you! I'd recommend this to anyone looking to stay further away from the chaos of Tokyo and closer to the airport!

Mercure was the last Hotel we were staying at for our two week stay in Japan. The main reason I picked the Hotel was the convenience being close to the Haneda airport and they provide a free shuttle service to the airport only 15 minutes away. Hotel was very modern and loved the decor. Room was spacious, great complementary drinks and a comfortable bed. Train station was only a three minute walk and across the street you have a 7eleven and a Lawsons. Across the street between the 7 eleven and Lawsons we found a little curry restaurant with the best curry we’ve had the entire trip. So delicious and the locals are so friendly there, it is cash only but so worth it. Give it a try. We went back on our last day in Japan to have lunch there before leaving.

We had a great time at this hotel! We were very happy that it was so close to the train station so it made traveling around Tokyo very easy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We came during spring with lots of rain and we were impressed with the umbrella service that you can use for the day. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large.

I am used to staying at Japanese japnese owned and operated hotels catering to the Japanese comforts and this hotel wasn’t it. This is first non Japanese hotel I have stayed at. I have to say that i prefer Japanese friendliness and full Japanese comfort. I did not get that with this hotel. FThe breakfast staff was fantastic… they worked extremely hard while staying friendly and warm to keep the breakfast buffet on point.
