The airport shuttle, both too and from the hotel was so swift one could set a watch to it. When I arrived after a very long flight the shuttle was prompt and got me to the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and the housekeeping was quick, quiet and of quality. There are absolutely no complaints in that regard. The room was spacious and easily accessible with a control panel for air conditioning and lights that were understandable and intuitive. The beds were super comfortable and I had no complaints about the sleeping. The restaurants surrounding the hotel were all good, and with a 7-11 and Lawson within sight there was never a snack out of reach, much to the chagrin of my wallet. Overall, when I come back to Japan, if I stay in Tokyo it will be at the Mercure Tokyo Haneda hotel.
