We could not have been happier with this hotel. The staff was so attentive, warm and helpful. The way they paid attention to every detail was amazing. Our room was spotless every day. The location is convenient to walk to many areas and a subway station to reach more distant locations. Our room overlooked the park and the Sky Tree, so our view was gorgeous. The coffee was delicious, as was the steak in the fourth floor restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

However, even the front desk staff didn’t know whether breakfast was included in the reservation or not.

Amazing views, beautiful art installations, delicious, varied, high quality breakfast, excellent staff and service, spacious, comfortable and well designed rooms, convenient location which was good for transport links and also easy walking distance to Ginza area. This was our last stay on a two week vacation to Japan and we used it as a treat after all the biking, walking, hiking we did on the front end. It was true pampering. It was the most westernized stay we had in Japan, but it still definitely spoke to the Japanese culture. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of wate rin front of us and skyline beyond- including the Tokyo Skytree. The bathroom was quite large with a powerful shower and soaking tub. We only ate one meal at this hotel's restaurants as the menus didn't work well with our food allergies, but it was a delicious breakfast. Our room was exceptionally quiet but the same cannot be said for the main floor where you check in and walk through to get to hotel room elevators- they had live music each evening, but it was very loud- another reason we never had drinks at the bar (just our preference). Every single staff person went above and beyond to answer questions and help us with our requests. I would stay here again without hesitation.
