Check in staff were amazing. Downstairs restaurant and bar was great and just what was needed after a 5 week trip around Japan. We didn't love the area compared with others areas experienced on previous trips to Tokyo but we are probably too old and uncool to appreciate it. Our biggest issue was the size of the room was so small it was difficult to fit in two adults and two modest suitcases (Superior Double).

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were the highlight of my stay at Nohga Akihabara. I would consider staying again. My only suggestions are to have a halal friendly menu/breakfast option.

Really friendly and helpful staff, allowed us luggage storage as we arrived and as we checked out. Bathroom products are excellent! Super clean and modern and so close to all shops - great location! Famous ramen restaurant across the road!

This was a great hotel with really friendly staff. We did get a room upgrade via Expedia VIP but felt that the room was very well kept and had good amenities such as USB slots at each side of the bed, good tea making facilities and a fridge. The hotel is attached to a artisan pizza restaurant which is quite popular - we eat here one night and really enjoyed our meal.

The place was over all pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hot springs were nice, and the more traditional stuff was fun. It was conveniently located by the train station, but there wasn’t around it within walking distance though

Very clean establishment, lively bar and restaurant downstairs but didn't hear any noise in the room. Downside rooms very small no wardrobes and can only open case on the bed, but talking to people this is the norm in Tokyo.

The staff was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The pizza on the first level was delicious. I really appreciated the credit to the restaurant that I received as a Silver member of Hotels.com. I didn't even have to remind/ask for it, they gave it to me at check in. Very cool! I told them in the reservation notes that it was our anniversary, and they put decor/card on the bed. I appreciate the way they made a special effort to help us celebrate. Be sure to ask to play a game of foosball with the staff! We asked them to play a game, and not only was it a blast, but they gave me a free drink coin to use at the bar when we won the game. So fun! I would definitely stay here again. I'm also curious about their Ueno location after such a great experience at the Akihabara location :)

Nohga was a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and modern. The room was just what we needed for being out and about, with a great shower to wash away the day trip. Highly recommend added on the breakfast buffet!
