If you plan to visit Tokyo Disney, this would be a great choices. We enjoyed the direct shuttle bus from this hotel to Disneyland. Also the Urayasu train station has a direct access to this hotel. Alao we made use of the direct airport limousine bus from the Urayasu station which is couple of min walk.

its very easy access to the train station and shopping. If you reserve renovated room with bathtub rooms are nice and cozy. But this hotel takes long time to check in and front hotel stuffs are not so friendly. ( i stayed Brighton hotel right across oriental , checkin was very quick and ecery single hotel stuffs were excellent. My big guest claims about oriental hotel was house keeping stuffs opens room without knocking the door.

We stayed for 7 nights at the hotel. Excellent location, close to all amenities. Walking distance to train station and easy access to airport limousine service. The staff were friendly and the locals Nen were changed as per schedule. The products used in the toilets were excellent quality stuff. The welcome lounge was the main attraction and the staff were really friendly. Free shuttle busy to Disney was a bonus. The convenient store downstairs also made our stay easy.

It was not handicap accessible. It has a step up to the toilet which my mother in the middle of the night used the bathroom tripped on the step and busted her nose and was bleeding excessively. I had to be on guard when she needed to use the bathroom at night. I even asked if there was a room without the step up but all rooms were the same. The hotel should have some rooms for handicap people. Not a lot of space by the sink. The door entry threshold is elevated and tripped a few times. Breakfast buffet was overpriced, not a great selection of food.
