We come to Tokyo twice a year to visit family and always stay at this hotel. You can't beat the convenience of the location! And the hotel is in great condition! The staff is so nice and the rooms are so clean! I wish I had bad things to say because it has become so popular that it is getting harder to book!!

Great hotel for the area with a train station just a small walk away and so many food and shopping options on the same block. Their staff went above and beyond to help me finding locations and scheduling an appointment I had which required Japanese, that I unfortunately do not speak.

Everything and everyone was perfect. Clean room. Nice amenities available in lobby. Firm bed was a blessing after a long trip too. Excellent. Great location for staying in area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Not touristy but tourist friendly for sure. Recommend!

Pros: Clean hotel. Very close to TAKADANOBABA station where you can take any train, subway, taxis. Nice staff Cons: I was still surprised that English remains a barrier for some front desk staff to communicate. They rely heavily on phones and tablets for translation. However, this is a general issue in Japan—it’s often difficult to find people who can speak English, so it’s not specific to the hotel.

The bathroom is spacious and the shower pressure is excellent. Ms. K at the front desk is superb—very professional and welcoming. Housekeeping cleans the room daily, which is much appreciated. The restaurant manager downstairs is also helpful and friendly. However, unlike some hotels, there is no designated area for free drinks or a common dining space. I feel this is quite important, as guests sometimes like to bring bento meals or snacks back to the hotel to enjoy comfortably.
