Fabulous location, amazing friendly helpful staff. Good size room for Tokyo. Very clean. Brewed coffee in the morning was a kickstart to our day. We really appreciated the cold water at the end of the day. Fridge was a bonus. Lovely bathroom with quality toiletries. Loved the cat themes though out the hotel.

A lovely hotel and great service from the staff. We had a great stay and would definitely return. The room was clean and well maintained. Perfect location only a short walk to the main Shibuya sights and lots of restaurants nearby, definitely recommended and hopefully we will be back soon!

he hotel staff were very friendly and helpful — any requests were quickly taken care of. The room was spacious, and in the twin room, we could easily open two large suitcases. The location was convenient, within walking distance to both Shibuya Station and Omotesando. Minor downside: the room was a little dim.

Very nice and accommodating staff, rooms were reasonably sized for Tokyo. Very cute atmosphere and free coffee in the mornings :) the area has a lot of stairs for crosswalks so bear that in mind, but otherwise a very close walk to Shibuya station and the scramble.

Good hotel for the price. Definitely has a fun theme. Hotel is not right on the shibuya crossing, but is within walking distance. Must walk up the stairs to the skybridge almost every time to go to shibuya crossing. Older hotel, but it was clean and well kept.
