The only thing 4 star about this hotel is the area it is in. This place's courtyard is rat infested and the room was way too small and very uncomfortable.

Nice rooms, reasonable price. Shinjuku is convenient and close proximity to shibuya, harijuku. Many bars, club in vicinity so you will see drunk people in the morning heading home but still felt safe.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only negative is they only have one laundry room with 2 washer/dryer combos that were always in use. They do have a sign with directions to nearby laundromat.

Unfortunately, the room we were given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We found a bunch of stuff under the bed including beer cans. The bed and pillows were also extremely stiff so it was hard to get a good nights rest.

The room is a bit small, but the bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and it’s within walking distance of public transportation. The breakfast buffet offers lots of choices and changes daily, plus there’s a nice view while you eat. The staff are friendly and helpful — overall, a great stay!

Rooms are on the smaller side (very common in Tokyo), but it was perfect and has everything you need! Situated close to the key areas in Shinjuku, making it extremely convenient. Had a lovely rooftop bar, friendly staff, and housekeeping daily was a nice treat to come back to after our busy days. Recommend!
